Our corporate donors are the backbone of our organization and give us the ability to meet the needs of the underprivileged in our communities. We are extremely delighted to meet donors and fulfill their “spirit of giving” with various forms of donations, their own corporate employee involvement in our operations and working with their distribution centers and other locations in collecting these resources.
Being a non-profit organization, it is very important that every penny is well spent and it reaches the needy. We, strategically, plan and execute all operational endeavors.
Our experienced management works diligently in building the organizational network of community partners who work together, uniting forces, to provide food and other essential resources. It’s really amazing to see the compassion and love of our community partners in executing the food distribution projects with great zeal. By networking partnerships in our communities, we can meet the greater need and continue to combat hunger.
We accept every possible donation that corporations, individuals, small businesses or other non-profits are willing to make. There are no donations too small or too big. When the underprivileged are struggling for basic human needs to be met, donations of food products, cleaning products, pet food and more can make all the difference in their struggles. It is not the value of the product or the product that is donated that matters, it is the gift from the heart that connects both the giver and the recipient to attain absolute fulfillment.
Management considers themselves as core volunteers in projects. As we are all volunteers, we are solicited by hundreds of non-profit organizations who share our vision to help the less fortunate in our communities. Whatever and wherever there is a need, our volunteers are eager to lend a helping hand. Volunteers are the core of our operations, also known as our “Army of Angels”.
We understand that we all came into this world empty-handed and we will all leave this world empty-handed. We all play on the stage of mother earth and the challenge is to become more connected with one another before we leave this place; however, the selfless service delivered by each of us remains forever.
To summarize our contribution to our fellow man, we are proud to work so hard to offer hope, inspiration and aid in meeting the basic needs of all who suffer and the underprivileged. The challenge that we all face is to give selflessly, become a humanitarian, by donating product, funds and our time. We all have been gifted with the power to make a difference in the lives of others and to “pay it forward”. What will you do?
Many of our recipients share stories of how they reach out to underprivileged children, sharing food from their pantries and meeting their basic human needs. A healthy diet plays a key role in a child’s ability to learn and grow. By working together we can all make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children and invest in a better tomorrow for America. More than 47% of food is disposed of in America today. No child should be food insecure and go to bed hungry but it happens every day. Our children are America’s future.
The United States of America is considered to be one of the wealthiest nations on the planet. This means that we should be able to not only feed everyone in the United States, but also provide food for another one billion people on this planet with the natural resources we have. However, due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of many American citizens today, children and adults suffer. By promoting knowledge and awareness in our communities, connecting the privileged with the underprivileged, networking partnerships/uniting forces, donating products, funds or personal time, we can all play an important role in the fight to end hunger.
Can you imagine not having food for one day? Some of us think “poverty” only happens in a 3rd world country. This is not the case at all for we have millions of people struggling for just one meal a day in the United States. By working together, providing food and other resources, we can offer relief to people who are suffering. With education, health and wellness and vocational programs, through partnerships and proper guidance, we can all give hope and inspiration to the underprivileged.
